Rent the Rock

Want to celebrate your student in a big way? Reserve the Cario Comet Rock! 🎉

When you reserve the rock, your rental is for the entire school day you select—and you can begin decorating it at 4:00 p.m. the day before. For example, if your child’s birthday is October 14, reserve the rock for October 14. You’ll be able to start painting and decorating at 4:00 p.m. on October 13.

The Comet Rock is a fun way to honor birthdays, achievements, and big moments—all while supporting Cario Middle School!

Cario Comet Rock Rules

1. One day = one rental. The rock may only be reserved for one student/event per day.

2. Access begins at 4:00 p.m. the day before. Please do not paint before this time.

3. All decorations must be school-appropriate. No profanity, political messages, offensive images, or negative/inappropriate wording.

4. Only paint the rock. Please do not paint sidewalks, trees, grass, or other property around the rock.

5. Supplies are not provided. Families must bring their own paint and materials. Spray paint is recommended.

6. Clean-up is required. Please take all paint cans, brushes, and trash with you when finished.

7. Rain or shine. Reservations are non-refundable and non-transferable due to weather.

8. Respect others’ reservations. Do not paint over the rock until your reserved time begins.
